Q: Who is this training program for?
A: The CEU webinar is designed for both new and experienced BCBAs who want to improve their supervisory skillset.
Q: What will I learn in this program?
A: This event focuses on holistic strategies to enhance relationships with trainees, identify and address performance issues, and provide constructive feedback that empowers team members. You'll learn how to prepare for a positive relationship with your trainee, understand and identify the five reasons for non-proficient work performance, and troubleshoot scenarios that commonly occur in the supervisory relationship.
Q: Who are the instructors for this event?
A: Our instructors, Nicole and Gabby, have years of experience in BCBA supervision and have successfully applied the principles of ABA to mentor others.
Q: What can I expect to gain from this program?
A: By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge and tools to confidently implement function-based plans and strategies to improve trainee performance. You will improve your efficiency and skills navigating the pain points of supervision. Plus, you'll get 1.5 supervision CEUs and several worksheets to help you plan out your supervision processes.
