Our Story

Our founders have separately taken an interest in best supervision practices from a variety of lenses. Initially, the plan had been to use this framework to create research demonstrating the effectiveness of the model first. In March 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all non-BCBA level staff were furloughed.

The founders of Supervision Reimagined continued to feel strongly about the model they had developed and decided to continue the work after hours.  Dissemination plays a critical and often undervalued role in the field of ABA and the development of qualified providers. Through all those familiar virtual tools, they have been able to build a model that generates humane and scientific behavior analysts that can practice independently within their competency.
